Jewels Safe Haven Rescue is a volunteer-run organization. We cannot continue to help those in need without volunteers, especially our fosters!

Volunteer Opportunities

Adoption events is a great way to get our name and the adoptable pets names out there. We always need handlers for dogs and volunteers to help set up the cats and other pets. We also need people to help transport our adoptable animals from their foster home to the adoption events is their foster parent cannot.

Adoption events are a great way to get our name and the adoptable pets names out there. We always need handlers for dogs and volunteers to help set up the cats and other pets. We also need people to help transport our adoptable animals from their foster home to the adoption events if their foster parent cannot.

Fostering saves lives! Fostering is how we are able to be a rescue and save lose who have lost their home or ended up on kill lists in high kill shelters. We make sure all of our animals have been behaviorally evaluated and medically cleared to the best of their ability. (Exceptions: puppies too young for rabies etc.)

Volunteer by walking, socializing, and doing other activities with our amazing pets.
